Today I reached a breaking point at work. As I commented in the earlier post, things are not too smooth at the hotel. And I am sick. I was close to quitting. I actually wrote my resignation letter and was close to leaving it on my boss' desk, when my colleague and reception's manager wrote an email to me saying that she was really stressed at work today. She wanted to make sure I knew she was not mad at me or anything. We had a little e-mail talk and she is also feeling the stress, as is everybody else. She reassured me she is going to talk to my boss and come up with solutions to everybody's problems. I really hope the situation changes soon. I've given the hotel too many chances to change already and it never has. So let's see!
Apart from this, not much to say. I really need to disconnect. Now I'm home, have been watching "Sex and the City" and now I am catching up on "LA Ink". I'm going to Barcelona in two weeks!
