Pasta and sausage with cheese

Today I'd like to share a recipee with you. It's pasta with sausage and gratinated cheese. Very easy to make, very good and you can make a lot of it and save some for the next day too.

This is that you will need. Grated cheese, Philadelphia cheese, an other type of creamy cheese that you like (in this case bacon cheese), pasta, leek and sausages (preferably without skin).


Step 1: Start by putting the pasta in a casserole with boiling water. Meanwhile chop the leek in thin slices.


Step 2: Do the same with the sausages. If they have skin on the outside, remove it before you start to chop.  


Step 3: Place the sliced leek and sausage in an oven dish. 


Step 4: When the pasta is done boiling, remove the water with a sieve.


Step 5: Add the pasta together with the leek and the sausage.


Step 6: Add both the Philadelphia and bacon cheese and mix it well together.


Step 7: Don't forget the salt and pepper! 


Step 8: Cover the surface up with the grated cheese and put it in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes. Enjoy!
