Havfruen

So I just came back from the dinner with my colleagues. Overall a very pleasent experience. We had whale carpaccio with chantarelle mushrooms. Very good, but I thought that the whale would be a bit more tasteful. The main course was fish (I am not a 100% percent sure which one) with horseradish sauce and mushrooms. The horseradish was excellent, I had never tried it before. And for dessert homemade vanilla icecram with caramelized sugar and caramelized plums.
Overall a very good experience. I was glad I got to try new food!
