You'll need:
- 2 avocados
- A cabbage (lechuga - salat)
- 6 cherry tomatoes (or more)
- Sunflower seeds (pipas de girasol peladas)
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Vinegar (Balsámico)
- Preparation -
Take the two avocados, peel them and mash them in a bowl with the help of a fork. Once the avocados are mashed add the cabbage. Use your hands to make the cabbage leaves really small. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and add them. Add the sunflower seeds, some oil, a bit of salt and vinegar. Mix it good and enjoy!
