Hi there! I was a little bit bored this afternoon and since the weather outside is horrible (there is a snowstorm) and we cannot go out, I decided to bake some muffins. I had earlier baked muffins, but those where the type that are half prepared and in a plastic package. This time I baked muffins from scratch and this is the result:
Jonny and I have been tasting them and they are not bad at all but they turned out a bit hard, maybe because the temperature in the oven was too high - even though that's what the recipee said. Next time I'll steak them at 200 degrees instead of 250.
