Not only is it delicious but it's really healthy and you can prepare it in a lot of different ways. The healthiest being cooked by vapor or in the oven. I had a toast with Philadelphia cheese and smoked salmon for breakfast today. I can't think of a better way to start off the day!

Here in Norway, where we seldom see the sun in the winter, we have a special need for vitamin D. So salmon is a very wise choice. I like to wrap it in aluminium paper (just slightly) and put it in the oven at 250 degrees for about 20-30 minutes. Serve it with broccoli and any sauce of your like. VoilĂ !
