Soaking wet

That's how the day is! Today it's the first Russ day but I will not be joining the others since it's raining outside and it's a bit cold, too. There will be other opportunities for that later on.
This is the pink shirt I bought at Vero Moda when they had sales. I hadn't had the chance to show you yet, so here it is!

Today I met Doribeth and we went for coffee in Bakklandet. I think that neighbourhood is one of the cosiest in the city! Diana couldn't make it. She and her husband are sick with flu. There must be a bit of an epidemic, Jonny is a bit sick as well.
We sat at Choco Bocco for a couple of hours. I love that place. There are several rooms and there's a lot of couches with pillows, so you can sit there for hours! And each room is different. Unfortunately all the couches were busy - something that happens when everybody is at coffeeshops because it's raining outside.

The coffee was nice but not as nice as a frapuccino. I have to give up on the thought that we'll ever have Starbucks in Norway though. Apparently, American companies have to pay a lot of tax money to the Norwegian government in order to establish themselves here. This is something that I understand: it would be silly of Norway to let USA make profit here and then bring all that money back to the US. Norwegian money should stay in Norway! But the negative side is that American companies might not find it profitable enough to venture in Norway. Well, well.... at least Frida still has really good coffee!
Oh, and we went to the mall and saw two Norwegian "celebrities": Ole Edvard Antonsen (he is one of the best international trompetists) and Stine Marie from Paradise Hotel. For our ears only... in real life she's short and has really weird eyebrows! Shhhh...
